Make an Impact

Cyber For Youth is looking for passionate students (grades 8-12) to join our team! By applying, you'll get volunteer hours, have the chance to work alongside teenagers in roles that build your skills, and create a safer digital world for students and families.

 

As part of Cyber For Youth, you can:

  • Develop valuable skills in online safety, digital marketing, communication, and leadership.

  • ​Work in a collaborative environment with other motivated students.

  • Contribute to meaningful projects that positively impact our community.​

Our Teams

Research & Writing

The Research & Writing Team creates workshops and resources for students and parents. This includes researching online safety and collaborating with other teams to ensure our workshops align with their goals, are feasible, and engaging.

Communications

The Communications Team conducts workshops for both parents and children (i.e. presenting), works closely with the Research & Writing Team to create engaging workshops, and increases engagement across social platforms.   

Marketing

The Marketing Team manages all Cyber For Youth social media, updates our website, and coordinates with other teams to curate slideshows for lesson plans and design promotional posters.
