Cyber For Youth and Cyber Secured Africa Partnership to spread Cyber Security Globally

Updated: Jul 6

June 19 2025 - Cyber for Youth, a completely teen led nonprofit dedicated to spreading cyber security knowledge to our community is proud to announce our partnership with Cyber Secured Africa. Cyber Secured Africa has been working to spread cyber security across Africa and internationally with their own network of global partnerships

Founded by Bonaventure Armaah, Cyber Secured Africa uses their training to bring cyber security knowledge to the public and provide detailed forensic essentials to the local law enforcement. With numerous events and opportunities to learn, the nonprofit offers scholarships to students interested in the cyber security field for their future.

“With Cyber For Youth's personal teen connection to the online world and Cyber Secured Africa’s seasoned training and support we hope to bring a new perspective to cyber security education globally,” said Samhita, head of Communications at Cyber For Youth.

We are thrilled to be able to work together to educate more students, adults, and elders on common essential cyber security practices through a series of engaging workshop sessions for the public's access. These workshops will cover relevant topics of cyberbullying, safe social media use, password management, and more detailed information about the digital world. As a team, we hope to create a bigger impact in the public’s knowledge of cyber security and enforce good habits in our communities.

Thank you to Aishi Nanda for establishing the partnership and Samhita Srimath Kandali, the heads of Communications at Cyber For Youth for initiating it.
